Organisation Description

Established in 2014, School of Everyday Life is a locally registered charitable educational organisation. The School embraces a holistic worldview and encourages people to reflect on the choices and habits of everyday life, connecting these with the individual and the wider, interconnected whole. Through this approach, it seeks to inspire participants to think critically and develop their capacity to put benevolence into practice.

By organising a diverse range of community-based co-learning activities, the School brings together participants from different age groups and sectors. Through experiential learning, participants explore their inner worlds and reflect on their values, build connections between themselves and cultural, social and environmental issues, and practise new life skills. In the process, they examine ingrained habits, develop new understandings and broaden their perspectives on the world.
