All attendees will receive a personalised name badge. Please present your valid Cityline ticket at the reception upon arrival to exchange it for your badge for the day.

To prepare your name badge, you will be asked to provide the following details at the time of purchase: full name (as it should appear on the badge), job title and organisation.

^ Concession tickets are available to full-time students, senior citizens aged 60 or above, persons with disabilities and one companion, and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients

General Terms

E-Ticket & Name Badge
1.1 Please present your e-ticket QR code for scanning at the reception desk, either displayed on a mobile device (minimum size 3cm × 3cm) or printed on A4 paper.
1.2 Once scanned, the QR code will be deactivated and cannot be reused.
1.3 All attendees will redeem a personalised name badge at the reception desk upon arrival.
1.4 Please keep your name badge safe for the duration of the event — lost or damaged badges will not be reissued.
1.5 Re-entry to the venue will be verified by your name badge; once redeemed, simply present it at the admission point, no further ticket scanning required.
Admission & Seating
2.1 Each ticket entitles admittance of one person only, for the designated day (12 or 13 October), and is non-transferable.
2.2 This is a free seating event.
2.3 Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable time in the session.
Ticket Scope
3.1 The Conference One Day Pass does not include admission to CU:SU Plus events or Live Streaming access, which are ticketed separately.
3.2 Attendees wishing to attend both days must purchase a separate ticket for each day.
Conduct During the Conference
4.1 Please turn your mobile phone and other sound-emitting devices to silent mode during the conference.
4.2 All attendees must comply with the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts’ venue rules and the Organiser’s instructions at all times.
Recording
5.1 Sessions may be recorded (audio, video, and photography) for archival, promotional, and streaming purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded or photographed as part of the audience.
5.2 Personal recording devices are not permitted without prior written authorisation from the Organiser.

2.1 Unauthorised recording, screenshotting, or redistribution of the live stream is not permitted.
Liability
3.1 Access to the Live Streaming service requires a stable internet connection, which is the viewer’s own responsibility. The Organiser accepts no liability for any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the stream arising from the viewer’s internet connection, device, or network provider.

Venue

The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) is located mid-way between Admiralty and Wan Chai MTR stations, slightly closer to Admiralty. Take Exit D, signposted to The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.

Suggested Walking Route:

From Admiralty MTR Station

Take the MTR station exit signposted for The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (Exit D) and follow the covered pedestrian walkway towards Wan Chai. Continue past the Hong Kong Arts Centre to reach HKAPA at 1 Gloucester Road. The journey takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes.

From Wan Chai MTR Station

Take Exit A5 and walk towards Convention Avenue and the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Continue along Harbour Road and follow signs towards the Hong Kong Arts Centre. HKAPA is located at 1 Gloucester Road, directly beside the Hong Kong Arts Centre. This route takes approximately 10 – 12 minutes.

Travel Guide

By Bus (From New Territories & Kowloon)

A wide range of cross-harbour bus routes serve the HKAPA area via Wan Chai and Admiralty. Participants may take routes such as 104, 307, 930X, 967X and 969X and alight near Fenwick Street or Gloucester Road. HKAPA is a few minutes’ walk from these bus stops.

By Bus (From Hong Kong Island)

Numerous bus routes connect HKAPA with major districts on Hong Kong Island. Participants may take routes such as 2, 18, 18P, 18X, 70, 260, 720, 722, 780 and 788 and alight at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts or nearby stops on Gloucester Road. HKAPA is within a short walking distance from all nearby bus stops.

Limited car parking space is available for private cars in The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts（Wanchai Campus）on a first-come, first-served basis.

Two Electric Vehicles Charging Stations are available in Wanchai Campus on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the “Terms and Conditions for using Electric Vehicles Charging Station” and “User Guide” for details.

Please bring your own cup, water bottle, and utensils to reduce single-use waste.

Take public transportation or walk to the venue whenever possible.

3. Pack a Waste-Free Lunch

If you’re bringing your own meal, use a reusable lunch box to minimize packaging waste.

4. Go Paperless

No printed materials will be distributed. Please access the digital conference booklet for schedules, speaker biographies, and venue details.

5. Help Us Track Our Impact

We will be calculating the conference’s carbon footprint for internal reference. Participants will be invited to fill in a short form with details such as travel mode towards the end of the conference. This helps us understand our collective impact and improve future sustainability efforts.
