Ms Woo graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts as a member of the first cohort of the School of Technical Arts, where she developed lifelong skills in bringing ideas to life through complex productions.
In the 1990s, she began her journey as a nature educator and conservation practitioner. Today, as Head of Holistic Education at Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (KFBG), she is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that reconnect people with nature, themselves, and the wider living world.
A mindfulness teacher trained with Plum Village, a graduate of the Master of Buddhist Counselling programme at the University of Hong Kong, and a certified Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT), Ms Woo integrates nature connection, mindfulness, and creative expression in her work. She believes that when people slow down and listen deeply to nature, they can rediscover a sense of wonder, belonging, and care for the Earth and one another.
