Ross Patel is a Cultural Strategist and Impact Consultant working at the intersection of music, climate, and culture.
They support the UK live music and events sector to advance sustainability at every scale, from grassroots and independent events through to large festivals, advising organisations, charities, and social justice initiatives.
Ross works for LIVE’s federation of 15 member groups which make up the UK music events industry contributing to sector-wide efforts to embed environmental and social responsibility into live events.
With a background bridging policy, creative practice, and cultural strategy, they are motivated by a belief that culture can be a powerful driver of positive systemic change, and that a sustainable events sector must carry its independent and grassroots communities with it.
