Simon acts as Convenor for Greater Manchester Arts Sustainability Team (GMAST) – he worked in the cultural sector for 25 years in theatre, live performance, exhibitions, events, and festival production. He now specialises in working with organisations, venues, and cities to help them explore their response to the climate and ecological challenge we face.

Organisation Description
Greater Manchester Arts Sustainability Team (GMAST) is a network of over 80 cultural organisations and individuals working collectively across Greater Manchester to explore and address environmental impact and develop better practice and policy.
GMAST partnered with Manchester City Council to deliver the project C-Change: Culture leading Climate Action in Cities as part of the EU’s URBACT Programme. GMAST is part of the Manchester’s Climate Ready Partnership.
