How can a team build its own ecosystem while the blueprint is still taking shape? How can it continue to develop its practice and experience while creating and producing work? And when sustainability is not merely an idea, but part of everyday practice, what new possibilities can emerge for making, collaborating and gathering?
Ang Xiao Ting, artist and programmer, and Joey Cheng, producer – two core members of Practice Tuckshop, an independent creative space and brand in Singapore – will lead an interactive work session that invites participants to envision the city as a canvas: what happens when sustainability becomes a lived practice? Through sharing, Q&A, a work session and reflective exchange, participants will use Practice Tuckshop’s experience as a case study to unpack how to keep adjusting the “blueprint” while figuring things out, and connect others’ experiences with the realities of their own work.

Through the work of its artists, Practice continues to evolve as a lasting artistic space in Singapore, actively nurturing and inspiring public engagement with human-centred issues.
