General Terms

  1. Typhoon and Rainstorm Arrangement:
    • Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3, or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning: sessions will proceed as usual.
    • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning: sessions already in progress will be suspended; sessions not yet started will be cancelled.
    • Once Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered, sessions will resume as usual 4 hours after the signal is lowered. Live stream availability will follow the same arrangement as the on-site session it is broadcasting.
  2. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except in the event of cancellation by the Organiser or in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, a refund will be issued for the ticket face value; service fees remain non-refundable.
  3. No change of submitted information will be made after transaction under any circumstances.
  4. Views expressed by speakers, panellists, respondents, or moderators are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the Organiser.
  5. Name badges are produced based on the information submitted at the time of purchase. The Organiser is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the purchaser.
  6. The Organiser (and, for the Conference, HKAPA) reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
  7. Information collected from attendees during registration will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and will only be used for CU:SU 2026-related matters. It will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent. For enquiries about how your data is handled, please contact cusu2026@hkapa.edu.
  8. The Organiser has taken reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is correct, and reserves the right to make changes at any time without prior notice.
  9. The Organiser accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event, except where required by law.
  10. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to ticketing, admission, and conduct of CU:SU 2026 shall be final.
